🎯 Lesson Goal

English is a highly modular language. We can often take two nouns and put them next to each other. When we do this, the first noun acts like an adjective to tell us what kind of thing the second noun is.

💡 The Formula: Modifier Noun (What kind?) + Main Noun (What is it?)
Example: Water + Bottle = Water bottle (A bottle used for water).
The Translation Trap: In Spanish, the main object comes first (papel de baño). If you translate word-for-word to English, you get "paper toilet." But remember, the description comes first in English! A "paper toilet" would literally be a toilet made out of paper! 🧻
